To process an order, the system needs to know what files to expect. By default, the column I Have This is selected for all required files.
Hover over the icon next to any field to display a window with definitions, explanations, or suggested actions (Protips).

To have the platform create a required file, select I Do Not Have This or Create This for Me in the line item.
Please Note: The platform can only create files that have a selection option in the Create This for Me column. You must provide files or remove territories for all other required files.
Hover over the icon next to any Create This for Me option to view the cost of the file creation. This cost is either a flat fee or a per-minute fee based on the title’s runtime.
If Create This For Me is selected, the cost of the file creation will appear in the line item under Cost. The total order cost will be updated. This cost is either a flat fee or a per-minute fee based on the title’s runtime.
Clicking I Do Not Have This opens a new window on-screen with three options:
1. Let us create it for you.
When selected, the cost of the file creation will appear in the line item under Cost and the total order cost will be updated. This cost is either a flat fee or a per-minute fee based on the title’s runtime.
The platform will also auto-populate that line item’s status as Create This for Me.
2. Remove territories that require this file
Clicking Remove territories that require this file opens a new window on-screen listing the territories that will be removed from the order if the required file is not included in the order.
See example below:
If it’s okay to remove all territories listed, click and these territories and their required and optional files will be removed from the order.
Please Note: Removing a territory here will also remove all information for that territory entered in Creating an Order: Step 3. To re-add a deleted territory, return to Step 3, re-select the territory, and re-enter that territory’s information.
3. Nevermind, I have it now!
When selected, the platform will auto-populate that line item’s status as I Have This.
Depending on the order, there may be an opportunity to include additional optional files. These are listed below the required files. To see them, click the arrow next to Optional.
By default, this menu remains closed. You will need to click the arrow to view the optional files.
By default, the platform lists all optional files as I Do Not Have This since they are not required to complete an order. However, including these optional files will create a better customer experience for buyers.
To include any optional files, follow the steps outlined above for Required Files.
