Track Order Placement Status

From the home page, there are two ways to track an order placement’s status: My Action Items and Order Status.

1. My Action Items

The My Action Items section lists any steps in the order placement process that have not yet been completed.

Click the  button next to any step to go directly to that section of the order placement process.

Please note: An order can only be submitted for delivery if the only action in the My Action Items box is Submit to Quiver

If any other steps are listed in this section, they need to be completed prior to submitting and completing the order.

2. Order Status

The Order Status section includes all steps in the order placement process and their completion status.

If a step has been completed, a  green check appears next to that step.

If a step has NOT been completed, a  red flag appears next to that step.

If a step is dependent on a prior step being completed, a  blue clock appears next to that step.

Click the  red flag next to an uncompleted section to go directly to that section of the order placement process.

Please note: An order can only be submitted for delivery if all three steps in the order placement process are marked . Any steps marked with a  red flag need to be completed prior to submitting and completing the order.
