The Quiver Status button tracks the order placement’s current status.
There are five different statuses that the button will display:
1. Quiver Status: Pending Order
The button will display this status if the Order section of the order placement process has not yet been completed.
To complete this step, click the red flag next to the order to go directly to that section of the order placement process.
2. Quiver Status: Pending Metadata and Files
The button will display this status if the Metadata and Files sections of the order placement process have not yet been completed.
To complete either step, click the red flag next to the step to go directly to that section of the order placement process.
3. Quiver Status: Submit to Quiver!
The button will display this status if all three steps of the order placement process have been completed.
Click the button to submit the order for review and delivery.
4. Quiver Status: In Progress
The button will display this status once the order has been submitted for review and delivery. Nothing else needs to be done to the order through the platform.
Please Note: If anything else is required for the order, Quiver will reach out directly via email.
5. Quiver Status: Complete
The button will display this status once all files and metadata have been reviewed by Quiver and delivered to all appropriate retailers.
Please Note: This status DOES NOT mean that the title has been reviewed by the retailers. The retailers will need additional time to review the files and metadata before making the title available for sale and/or rental. The title will not appear on any retailer's storefront until the retailer has had time to review the files and metadata. Also, the title will not appear on any storefront before the selected preorder or start date for that storefront.
If a retailer rejects a title for any reason and a new file source is needed for a re-delivery, an email will be sent with further instructions. For more information, click here.
