Question: Is the $150 pitch fee a one-time fee?
Answer: Each pitch request is $150. This fee will be charged for each pitch that is ordered. For example, if you order a Netflix pitch, then Quiver charges a $150 pitch fee. If that pitch is rejected by the curated retailer, and you would like to re-pitch, Quiver will charge an additional $150.
This pitch fee is non-refundable.
Question: Why is a Netflix delivery an extra $1500 instead of $225?
Answer: The Netflix Distribution fee includes the work that Quiver will perform to submit a title to Netflix. Because Netflix storefront requirements are more stringent than those of other retailers, Quiver requires extra processing time to assure that content delivered to Netflix meets all Netflix specifications.
Question: If I create a 2nd order for a title and include additional retailers, will I be charged an additional $1395?
Answer: No. The initial $1395 fee is a one-time fee. Any additional retailers added for a title will be $225 (except for Netflix, which includes a $1500 Netflix Distribution fee). However, if ordering a 2nd title, then Quiver will charge $1395 for the first retailer ordered for the new title.
