When will I receive my royalty payment?*
The time it takes a retailer to remit your royalty payment to Quiver depends on how the retailer structures their sales period. Retailers generally have monthly or quarterly sales periods.
When a sales period ends, retailers take approximately 30 days to do their accounting and remit sales proceeds to Quiver. In turn, Quiver requires approximately 30 days for their own accounting before disbursing your royalty payment, though Quiver will generally pay well-ahead of this 30-day period.
Netflix remits to Quiver quarterly installments with your first installment paid in the month following your title’s release on Netflix.
For example, if your title goes live on Netflix in January, Netflix will typically pay Quiver your first installment by the end of February and Quiver will remit this payment to you no later than the end of March.

* Quiver may withhold royalty payments for any the following reasons:
- Accumulated royalties have not met the $100 minimum payable threshold
- Quiver has incomplete disbursement information (i.e. no W8/W9 and/or banking details)
- You may have overdue invoices and have been non-responsive to collection attempts whereby your royalty earnings may be withheld pending resolution of your outstanding AR balance (withholding of royalties is not a substitute for invoice payment).
** These retailers require an additional 30 days of processing prior to remitting payment to Quiver
*** Amazon Instant Video US requires an additional 60 days of processing prior to remitting payment to Quiver
