If a file uploaded or shipped has any issues that prevent delivery to the appropriate retailers, an email message will be sent listing the files that need to be re-delivered.
At this time, the Files section of the Order Placement process will be un-frozen. Go to the home page and click on the appropriate order.
Next, follow the steps in articles Upload or Ship to re-upload or re-ship the necessary files. The platform will only request a re-upload or a re-delivery of the rejected files.
After re-uploading or re-shipping the necessary files, return to the home page. A green check will now appear next to the Files button, indicating that the section has been completed.
Click to re-submit the order for review and delivery.
