When a Curated Retailer either approves or rejects a title for their storefront, an email will be sent with an approval summary.
If a title has been approved for delivery to a curated retailer, login to the Quiver platform and click .
Enter the title of the film that was approved by the Curated Retailer.
The platform will recognize the title and auto-populate all information that was previously entered for the title in the first order.
Next, select the approved curated retailer(s). Approved curated retailers will appear in the Open Retailers section. All unapproved curated retailers will still appear under the Curated Retailers section.
Please Note: The platform will only allow deliveries to approved curated retailers. If adding additional curated retailers to this 2nd order, a pitch will still need to be created and presented to Quiver and the retailer for approval. If a previously chosen curated retailer is selected on this second order, and the first pitch for that retailer was unsuccessful, the platform will charge for the 2nd pitch to that retailer. For more information, click here.
The workflow for the rest of the order placement process will mirror the workflow for the first order, but with some key differences:
1. Step 4: Requirements
The required and optional files listed in Step 4 will only pertain to the Curated Retailer, and will only include files unique to the Curated Retailer. There is no need to re-deliver any files that were previously delivered to an Open Retailer that will also be used for the Curated Retailer(s).
The 2nd order’s total price will include additional fees for delivering the title’s files and metadata to the curated retailer. See the rate card below for a pricing breakdown.
Please Note: The pitch fees will not be charged again for the approved curated retailer(s). These are 1-time fees.
Also, the platform will not charge for any files that were previously delivered to an Open Retailer that will also be used by the approved Curated Retailer(s).
All of the metadata previously entered for the 1st order will auto-populate in the 2nd order. Fields that were unique to the pitch process will not appear on the 2nd order’s metadata page.
There will be additional required fields that are unique to the curated retailer in the Title Metadata section that did not appear in the 1st order. Be sure to check the required field counter at the top of the page to see if there are any additional required fields to complete.
Similar to Step 4, the platform will only request uploads or shipping information for files that are unique to the Curated Retailer. There is no need to re-deliver any files that were previously delivered to an open retailer that will also be used by the curated retailer.
